About Highland City Arts
The Highland City Arts Council provides Arts Enrichment activities for all of Utah County and other surrounding areas. We provide over 150 programs annually including Symphony performances, children’s choir performances, Acting classes and plenty of other classes and workshops. Come join us in supporting and educating on the value of the arts in our communities.
