The mission of the Highland City Art Council is to enrich the lives of the people of Highland and our neighboring communities by developing, nurturing and supporting excellence in the arts; by promoting and providing arts and arts education opportunities for all ages; and by increasing community awareness and appreciation for the arts.

About Highland City Arts
The Highland City Arts Council provides Arts Enrichment activities for all of Utah County and other surrounding areas. We provide over 150 programs annually including children’s choir, adult choir, bell choir, art classes, children’s acting classes, quilting group and other classes and workshops. Come join us in supporting and educating on the value of the arts in our communities.
